How long is the test?
The exam lasts just over three hours (with optional section 3 hours 50 minutes). There are three short breaks included in this time, so students are encouraged to bring a snack in order to keep their energy high.
How far in advance should I sign up for the test?
SAT slots fill up fast, so students should sign up for the test at least a month advance.
When should I start preparing for the SAT?
Most students take the SAT in their Junior year. Due to the intensive nature of SAT vocabulary, students are encouraged to start preparing at least a year in advance.
How should I prepare for the test?
There are lots of books and online materials that a student can use to prepare for the SAT test. Students can learn how to increase vocabulary, improve upon writing skills, work out advanced level grammar issues, and learn how to manage time in the test. How do I know what score I need?
Every institution has different requirements, so it is important to get such information from the institution’s website, or contact them directly.
How many score reports do I get after taking the test?
All students automatically get four online score reports. If you want additional score reports you can find the prices here

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Test takers can change their test day for a fee of $28. Changes must be made no later than 14 days before the test. Test takers can cancel their test and get $10 back. Tests must be cancelled no later than four days prior to the test.
